Garrett Lyon

Over his career, Garrett has led cross-functional teams coast to coast, partnering with Fortune 500 companies including Amazon, Microsoft, and Capital One. His work spans enterprise brand architecture, go-to-market strategy, recruitment and retention initiatives, and experience design across diverse audience segments. At Microsoft, he helped shape brand strategy and positioning for new Azure offerings; at Amazon, he led strategy for large-scale recruitment and retention programs.
Garrett has also built deep expertise in Travel & Tourism, most notably on Alaska Airlines, where he served on the strategy and planning team during the Virgin America acquisition and played a key role in the airline’s rebrand and repositioning, while overseeing day-to-day strategic operations.
Additional highlights include leading UI strategy for Starbucks’ Mastrena II, driving nearly a 20% sales lift for LP Building Solutions, and most recently guiding brand positioning for the Trex Decking 2025 advertising campaign, the SERVPRO 2025 brand campaign, Republic Bank, and leading the social strategy for Perkins American Food Co.

He lives in Nashville with his wife, two sons, and their dog Jack. Outside of work, Garrett writes music, builds furniture in his garage, and spends as much time as possible hiking and camping with his family.
